01Inquiries, Not Reservations
Submitting a request through this website is an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. Availability, routing and pricing are confirmed individually in writing before any booking is finalized.
02Pricing
Published pricing is starting-at and provided for orientation only. Final pricing is quoted per experience and depends on duration, distance, styling, enhancements and availability.
03On-Time Service
On-time service is our standard of practice. Travel conditions, weather, traffic and border crossings vary, and absolute arrival guarantees cannot be made.
04Chauffeur Preferences
Chauffeur preferences may be requested and are accommodated where possible. All preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
05International Travel
For journeys crossing into Canada, all passengers are responsible for carrying a valid passport or the travel documentation required for their journey. Noir 1440 Group is not responsible for denied entry or delays resulting from missing or invalid documentation.
06Beverage Service
Champagne or wine service is offered only where legally permitted and appropriately handled, and may be declined or modified at our discretion.
07Enhancements
Experience enhancements — styling, photography, floral details and similar — are subject to availability and are confirmed in your personalized proposal.
08Conduct & Care
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where conduct endangers passengers, chauffeurs or vehicles. Passengers are responsible for damage beyond normal use.
